HOW DO
CLEANSERS WORK?
Surfactants mixed with a water base
in cleansers are present in the form
of micelles - small sphere-like
droplets that are formed as
hydrophilic heads are turned towards
the water and hydrophobic tails are
turned inwards.
When applied to damp face, the
hydrophobic tails bond with the dirt
and grime on the face and form
micelles with the dirt and grime
trapped inside.

and grime trapped in the micelles are
washed off.
